The intention of this blog is to share some of my experiences working around the world over the last two decades in a creative way; and to inspire critical thinking.
I hope to encourage people to ask more (if not better) questions and consider what has not been contemplated or achieved in the design and business worlds.
Today, more than ever, I believe we need to be genuinely curious about the roles others play within our organizations. I’ve had the great pleasure of helping to build both the UX and IA industries over the last 20 years.
I look forward to sharing stories and experiences where I’ve lead start-up’s, enterprise, and non-profit organizations to work through conflict, bring others together and achieve greater outcomes.
